Program description
The Surge Marketing SMS program sends text messages to consumers who have opted in to learn about residential solar savings, receive quote details, schedule and confirm consultations with solar consultants, and respond to our team's questions.
How to opt in
You may opt in by (a) submitting our web form at longinus.io/contact and checking the SMS consent box, (b) verbally agreeing on a recorded call, or (c) texting the keyword START to a number provided by our team. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Surge Marketing at the number provided.
Message frequency
Recurring messages. Frequency varies based on your engagement and appointment scheduling — typically no more than a few messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt-out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and will not send you additional messages. Aliases we honor: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

Reply HELP to any message for support, or email system@longinus.io.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from Surge Marketing. You may still work with us or receive quotes without opting in to SMS.
Carrier disclosure
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
